To equip youth with technical skills in irrigation systems, through R-YES
project, youth undergo experiential learning for 4 months in operation
and maintenance of field irrigations at the Integrated Polytechnic
Regional College (IPRC) Gishari and selected agribusiness
companies/farms.
Upon completion of the technical training in operation and maintenance of field irrigation, youth can install, operate, and maintain surface, drip,and sprinkler irrigation systems, and install solar PV system components in irrigation systems.
