Vegetables production and processing (50)

To increase the production of healthy, sustainable, and nutritious foods,
rural youth through R-YES project undergo experiential learning for four months in vegetables production and processing at EAV Kabutare, College Foundation Sina Gerard and selected agribusiness companies.

Upon completion of the technical training in vegetables production, youth can carry out production of vegetable crops in open field, carry out greenhouse operations, process vegetables and carryout post-harvest handling activities.
