To improve milk delivery and processing, rural youth through R-YES
project undergo experiential learning for three months in milk
processing at the Integrated Polytechnic Regional College (IPRC)
Musanze, College Foundation Sina Gerard and selected agribusiness
companies.

Upon completion of the technical training in milk processing, youth can
receive milk and produce milk products such as ice-cream, butter, cheese, fermented milk and standardize raw milk.
